Vicky Gashe

Vice President, Global Communications

Vicky is a seasoned strategic communications leader with over two decades of experience mobilising purpose-driven campaigns across global health, philanthropy, international development, and the private sector. As Vice President of Global Communications at The END Fund, she harnesses the power of storytelling, coalition-building, and strategic communications to drive global action against neglected tropical diseases.

Before joining The END Fund, Vicky was Director of Global Communications at Malaria No More UK, where she led multi-disciplinary teams, delivered award-winning campaigns such as Zero Malaria, and helped secure multi- billion-dollar commitments for malaria through creative partnerships and strategic advocacy. She built and scaled impactful alliances, working with everyone from youth and civil society leaders to global icons like David Beckham and Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie, to elevate voices from affected communities and shift global narratives.

Vicky has also held senior roles at UNICEF, where she led global communications for 7: The David Beckham UNICEF Fund and supported global innovation initiatives and private sector engagement. Earlier in her career, as Head of Media at Business in the Community (BITC), she worked closely with business leaders, policymakers, civil society, and the UK Royal Household to amplify the role of responsible business in society.

Throughout her career, Vicky has championed underrepresented voices, shaped global policy agendas, and built high-performing, inclusive teams. Her approach blends creative excellence with advocacy precision, ensuring that powerful communications not only move hearts but shift systems.

Based in Brighton, UK, Vicky enjoys sea swimming, long-distance running, and outdoor adventures with her family and their dog.
