Greg Dalvito

Greg Dalvito is a Partner at PJT Partners, a global, advisory-focused investment bank, where he advises many of the world’s leading technology companies. The firm was formed in 2015 following the spin-off of Blackstone’s financial and strategic advisory businesses.

Prior to joining PJT Partners, Greg was a Managing Director, Co-Head of Technology Investment Banking and a member of the Investment Banking Operating Committee at Barclays Investment Bank. He joined Barclays following its acquisition of Lehman Brothers, where he was a Managing Director and M&A industry vertical head. At Barclays he also served as Co-Chairman of the firm’s Fairness and Valuation Committee and Head of Standards and Practices.

Greg began his banking career at Salomon Brothers (and its successor company Citigroup), where he was a senior member of the Mergers & Acquisitions Department. Over the course of his career, Greg has advised on transactions with an aggregate value in excess of $450 billion.

Mr. Dalvito is a frequent lecturer on topics in corporate finance and M&A at Columbia Business School. He is also a board member of the Global and Emerging Risks Advisory Board at RAND Corporation, a nonprofit, nonpartisan think tank that focuses on national security, emerging technologies, public policy, health and education.

Greg received a BA in Economics from the University of Michigan and an MBA from Columbia University.
